Sales, Returns, and Refunds Policy

Sales

All sales made through our website carrafineart.com are considered final. Once an order is placed and payment is processed, it cannot be canceled or refunded, except as outlined below.

NOTE:

Original oil paintings are sold as-is, either framed or unframed. Framed pieces will come with the existing frame, which may have minor wear such as dents, scratches or imperfections from previous use. Frames will not be replaced or removed prior to shipment. Unframed pieces will be shipped stretched canvas only. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept the condition of the existing frame (if applicable). The artwork itself will be in excellent condition regardless of framing status.

Returns and Refunds

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for any products purchased through our website, except in the case of damage during shipping, as outlined below.

Shipping Policy

All paintings are professionally packed and shipped by UPS (United Parcel Service) to ensure safe delivery to our customers. Each shipment is insured for the full value of the painting(s) purchased by the customer.

Damage During Shipping

In the rare event that your package arrives damaged, please document the damage by taking photographs of the damaged packaging and painting(s) immediately upon receipt. Contact us atcarrafineart@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the damaged package to report the issue.

Refunds for Damaged Items

If your package is lost or damaged beyond repair during shipping and UPS honors the claim, we will refund the insured amount to you. Please note that refunds for lost or damaged packages are subject to UPS's claim approval process.
